He is an avid golfer, frequently hitting the links for a challenging round and the camaraderie of the game. Shauna Millar, Co-Founder, Chief Administration Officer
Shauna is a native of Eastern North Carolina. Her educational background is in Information Technology, complemented by professional experience in banking and customer service. Shauna is an exceptional communicator who genuinely enjoys designing functional and beautiful spaces for clients. Her collaborative and open-minded approach consistently enables her to exceed client expectations on every project. Her accounting expertise and attention to detail effectively complement the diverse skill sets of the Stellar Edge team. She is adaptable and demonstrates strong critical thinking abilities. Outside of her professional responsibilities, Shauna enjoys spending time with her husband and four adult children, and is dedicated to spoiling her two grandchildren. She possesses a keen artistic inclination, evident in her passion for furniture restoration, painting, and creative writing. Shauna is an outgoing and social person who thrives on being around others.
Ihsan Al-Amin, Contract Administrator, Project Manager
Ihsan Al-Amin is a Wisconsin native with nearly a decade of experience in residential and multifamily construction. He specializes in project management, contract creation, quality assurance, and team coordination. Ihsan consistently delivers high-quality results on time, within budget, and with a strong emphasis on safety and innovation. His commitment to excellence and robust client relationships have established a trusted reputation in multifamily, single-family, and commercial renovation projects. Beyond his professional endeavors, Ihsan enjoys traveling domestically and internationally with his family, maintaining an active lifestyle through regular workouts, and constructing home furniture. He is currently interested in taking up golf, embracing the challenge as his newest recreational pursuit. Michael Firstbrook, Construction Manager, Licensed GC
Born in Redwood City, California, Michael Firstbrook possesses over 30 years of experience. While the majority of his career has been dedicated to hardwood flooring, his exposure to diverse construction site management practices has cultivated a unique aptitude for project management. Michael served in the USMCR for six years, achieving the rank of Sergeant upon his honorable discharge in 1993. After refining his skills in hardwood flooring in Campbell, California, he established his own enterprise, Firstbrook Fine Wood Floors, in Oakdale, California. In 2021, Michael successfully passed the examination and obtained licensure as a General Contractor in North Carolina. He and his wife, Ronda, were married in 1987, and are parents to three adult children and have four grandchildren. The Firstbrooks have resided in Wendell, NC since 2015. In his leisure time, Michael engages in home improvement projects, is an avid reader, and studies history. His faith is a significant aspect of his life, and he is a devout follower of Christ, committed to serving others. He is recognized as an attentive listener, an effective problem solver, and a skilled craftsman.
Ken Millar, Co-Founder, Financial Consultant
Born in Durham, NC, Ken Millar possesses over 20 years of experience in data migration, team management, and financial analysis. He demonstrates a logical aptitude and excels at devising practical solutions to intricate problems. Ken offers innovative concepts and communicates effectively with colleagues. In his leisure time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and four adult children, and having fun with his grandchildren. Ken is a devoted sports enthusiast, following all levels of competition from local high school football, NHL, MLB, PGA, to Premier League Soccer. When he's not working, Ken is an avid golfer. Whether he's out on the course or using his simulator, he's working to perfect his swing.
